ئەخلاق چییە وبە چی نەوعە رەفتارەێک دەوەتریت؟

ئەخلاق چوارچێوەیەکی تایبەتی ڕەفتار و ئەخلاقییە کە لەسەر بنەمای زانست و زانستی ڕەفتار دامەزراوە.

ئەوەی موسڵمانان پێی دەڵێن ئەخلاق درۆ و بێ ئەخلاقییە.

ئیمە وەک کەسان دەرونناس دژی ئەوین کە ئەخلاق شەرتە نەک جوانی هەلیە  ئەو کەسی ئەو قسەی کردوە نەخوشە.

لە ئیسلامدا ئەخلاق لە کایەیەکی فیزیکیدا هەڵکەوتووە، وەک ئەندامی زاوزێی مێینە، ئەندامی زاوزێی پیاو، مووی سەری ئافرەت. ئەم جورە هەلسوکەوتانە نەوعێک لە نەخوشینی دەروننیە وەک دلپیسی و جەنونی سادیزمی خەلک ئازاری.

ئەگەر لەسەر بنەمای دەروونناسی ڕەفتار سەیری ئەمە بکەین، ئەم ڕەفتارەی موسڵمانان ناتەندروستە و جۆرێکی مەترسیدارە لە شێتی سێکسی  و سادیزمی جنسیە  نەک ڕەفتارێکی ئەخلاقی و ئەمەش نەخۆشییەکی دەروونییە کە مەلاکان لە ریگای ئائینەوە توشی بوون.

ئەخلاق وەک بەرپرسیار بوون و بەرپرسیار بوون لە ڕەفتار و ئەدای مرۆڤدا.

ئەخلاق ئاماژەیە بۆ چەند جۆرێک لە ڕەفتار.

پێناسەی سادەی ئەخلاق چییە؟

ئەخلاق پاساوی عەقڵانی بۆ حوکمەکانی ئەخلاقیمان دەکۆڵێتەوە؛ لێکۆڵینەوە لەوە دەکات کە لە ڕووی ئەخلاقییەوە چی ڕاستە یان هەڵەیە، دادپەروەرە یان نادادپەروەرانە. بە مانایەکی فراوانتر ئەخلاق ڕەنگدانەوەی لەسەر مرۆڤ و کارلێککردنی لەگەڵ سروشت و لەگەڵ مرۆڤەکانی دیکە، لەسەر ئازادی، لەسەر بەرپرسیارێتی و لەسەر دادپەروەری هەیە

ئەخلاق چی بە ئاسانی ڕوون دەکرێتەوە؟

ئەخلاق باشترین بژاردە بەو بژاردەیە پێناسە دەکات کە بە باشترین شێوە ئەو شتە بەدەست دەهێنێت کە باشە و ڕاستە و لەگەڵ سروشتی ئەو شتانەی کە باسی لێوە دەکرێت یەکدەگرێتەوە. لە سەنتەری ئەخلاقدا، ئێمە ئەمانە بە 'بەهاکان'، 'بنەماکان' و 'ئامانج' ناودەبەین. بەهاکان پێمان دەڵێن چی باشە – ئەو شتانەن کە ئێمە هەوڵیان بۆ دەدەین و ئارەزووی دەکەین و هەوڵی پاراستنیان دەدەین.

پێناسەی ئەخلاقی من چییە؟

ئەخلاقی کەسی ئاماژەیە بۆ بیروباوەڕی مرۆڤ سەبارەت بە چی ڕاست و هەڵە و ڕێنمایی تاکەکان دەکات لەو بڕیارانەی کە لە شوێنی کار و دەرەوەی شوێنی کار دەیدەن.

بێگومان ئەخلاق کردەوەیەکی ڕەفتارییە لەسەر بنەمای تێگەیشتن و هۆشیاری کۆمەڵایەتی و ناسینی مافی مرۆڤ و ڕێزگرتن لە مافی ئەوانی تر و بەبێ هیچ هۆکارێک چوونە ناو تایبەتمەندییەکانی ئەوانی ترەوە دوورە لە ئەخلاق

ئەخلاق واتە هەموو مرۆڤێک مافەکانی خۆی دەزانێت و سنووریەکی تایبەتی هەییە و مافی ئەوەی نییە دەستوەردان لە ژیانی کەسی و تایبەتی کەسانی دیکە بکات.

ئەخلاقی کەسایەتی جەخت لەسەر ئەو لێهاتوویی و پراکتیکانە دەکاتەوە کە کاریگەرییان لەسەر وێنەی گشتی و هەڵوێست و ڕەفتارەکانت هەیە. ئەم ڕێگایە چارەسەری خێرا پێشکەش دەکات — چۆن زیاتر دڵڕفێن بیت، دیدێکی ئەرێنیترت هەبێت، خەڵک وەک تۆ بکەیت، و کاریگەری لەسەر خەڵک دروست بکەیت بۆ ئەوەی ئەوەی تۆ دەتەوێت بیکەن

ئەخلاقی کەسایەتی ستیڤن کۆڤی چییە؟

ئەخلاقی کەسایەتی و کارەکتەر چەمکێکە کە لەلایەن ستیڤن کۆڤیەوە بە باشی ڕوون کراوەتەوە. کەسایەتی ئێمە ئەوەیە کە ئەوانی تر تێبینی دەکەن کاتێک ئێمە لەگەڵیان کارلێک دەکەین، شتەکانی وەک قسە و کردەوە و جل و بەرگمان. کارەکتەری ئێمە کۆی بنەما و بەها و باوەڕە نەبینراو و بنەڕەتییەکانمانە.

ئەخلاقی تەندروست هەرگیز ڕێگەم پێنادات دەستوەردان لە ژیانی تایبەتی و کەسی کەسانی دیکەدا بکەم. ئەگەر لەم چوارچێوەیەدا بچینە دەرەوە، دوور لە ئەخلاق و دژە ئەخلاق مامەڵەمان کردووە

ئەگەر دەست بکەین بە شیکارییەکی دەروونی بۆ ئەم بابەتە، مەلاکان نەخۆشی دەروونی دژە کۆمەڵایەتین.

بەپێی زانستی دەروونناسی ئەخلاقی، مەلاکان بێ ئەخلاقیترین و دوژمنی ئەخلاقی مرۆڤن

چونکە لەژێر ناوی خورافاتی ئایینیدا، مەلاکان ڕۆژانە دەستوەردان لە ژیانی تایبەتی و کەسی خەڵک دەکەن و لەژێر ناوی خورافاتە پیرۆزەکاندا میللەت بە گەمژە و خۆیان بە ژیر دەزانن.

ئەم هەڵسوکەوتە ئەوەمان بۆ دەردەخات کە مەلاکان بەشە گەمژەکەی کۆمەڵگان چونکە بیری گەمژانەیان هەیە

چونکە مەلاکان دەستوەردان لە ژیانی تایبەتی خەڵک دەکەن و هێرش دەکەنە سەر ژنان و پیاوان هان دەدەن بۆ کوشتنی ژنان و کچان و ئەم جۆرە ڕەفتارانەش لە چوارچێوەی تاوانی دژە کۆمەڵایەتیدایە.

  کاتێک دەمانەوێت باسی ئەخلاق بکەین، فەلسەفەی ئەخلاقی زۆر قووڵە و پێویستی بە بابەتێکی زۆر درێژ هەیە لەگەڵ ڕوونکردنەوەیەکی تەواو و قەناعەت پێکەر.

کاتێک مرۆڤ ئاشنا دەبێت بە مافەکانی، خۆکارانە چوارچێوەیەکی ئەخلاقی بۆ خۆی دروست دەکات، چونکە مرۆڤ ئاشنایە بە مافەکانی و ئامادە نییە دەستوەردان لە ژیانی تایبەتی کەسانی دیکە بکات، چونکە هەڵسوکەوتی هەر مرۆڤێک بەشێکی گرنگە لێی ژیانی تایبەتی و کەسی خۆی، کەس ئەم مافەی نییە دەستوەردان لە ژیانیدا بکات.

هەر کەسێک تەمەنی بگاتە ١٨ ساڵ، ئەگەر کێشەی دەروونی و دەروونی نەبێت، بە کەسێکی تەواو دادەنرێت.

وە هیچ کەسێک مافی ئەوەی نییە  لە ژیانی تایبەتی  مرۆڤەکان دەستوەردان بکات وبە پیاوێکی گەورە یان ژنێکی گەورە بڵێت چۆن جل و بەرگ بپۆشێت، چۆن قژی شانە بکات، یان چۆن پێبکەنێت یان دڵخۆش بێت.

هەرکەسێک خەریکی ئەو جۆرە ڕەفتارانە بێت، کەسێکی نەخۆشی دەروونییە و پێویستە دەستبەجێ ڕاوێژ بە پزیشکی دەروونی و سەردانی دەرونناس بکات.

مەلاکان لە ڕۆژهەڵاتی ناوەڕاست و بە تایبەتی لە کوردستان نەخۆشە دەرونی و ئاینیەکان لە جۆری سادیزم و خراپ بەکارهێنانی کۆمەڵگان. مەلاکان ئەمرۆ وەک میکرۆبی کومەلگا ناسراوەن  وە بەراستی میکرۆبن.

وە مەلا نەخۆشە دەروونییە سادیستەکان پێویستە چارەسەری دەروونی بکەن.

ئەمە یەکێکە لە کارە دژە ئینسانی و نائەخلاقیەکانی مەلاکان.

ئەگەر گەنجێک لە بنەماڵەیەکدا پرسیارێک لەبارەی بوونی خودا یان راستی و یان درۆ بوونی دین ، مەلا تاوانبارەکان لە ریگای بنەمالەکانیانئ  ئەم گەنجەدا وەک ئەوەی جنۆکەی هەبیت و یان بووبێت، بانگی خێزانی کەسەکە دەکەن، وە لەژێر ناوی کورەەیان یان کچەکەیان  جنۆکە ی هەییە ، کەسەکە دەخەنە ژێر ئەشکەنجەی دەروونی و ڕۆحییەوە و کەسەکە لە ڕووی دەروونییەوە تیک دەشکێنن، لەناوی دەبەن مەلاکان لە ژیر ناوەی ئایندا.  چونکە مەلا بە وەهەم دەژیت ئائینەکەی تەوهەمە.

هەر مرۆڤێک ماف و شێوازی تایبەتی خۆی نەزانێت ناتوانێت خاوەنی ئەخلاقی تەندروست بێت.

هۆشیاری مرۆڤ و مافی مرۆڤی مرۆڤ و زانینی شێوازی ئەم ڕەفتارانە دەتوانێت مرۆڤێکی پەرەسەندوو بێت، جگە لەمەش مرۆڤ ئاژەڵ فیکر  ئە لرۆڤانە  ئاژەلی مرۆڤ نەمان  مۆرفیکە، مەلا لە ڕاستیدا ئاژەڵێکی مرۆڤ نەمان

وە مەلا دەروونیەکان پێویستە ئاماژە بە پسپۆڕانی دەروونناس و پسپۆڕانی دەروونی بکەن بو ئەوی لە ئەو دەرد نەهامەتیە رەزگار بوون.   

ئەخلاق لە زانست و تیگەیشتن وناسینی مافی خۆ ورێزگرتن لە مافی خەلک پی دەوەتریت ئەخلاق.  کەسیک کە خاون مورال و ئەخلاق بێت هەرگیز بەخۆیی ریگا نادات تا لە ژیانی تایبەتی خەلکی دا دەست وەردان بەکات..

 ئەوی وامەلاکان ئەنجامی دەدن لەکومەلگادا ئەوپەری بی ئەخلاقی و بی مورالیە کە باسی ژیانی تایبەتی خەلکی دەکەن  و شەو و روژباسی چونیەتی لیباسی ژنان  وهەلسووکەوتی کوران وگەنجان دەکەن و هەول دەدن گوشار بخنە سەرگەنجان لە ریگای ترساندن و تیرور بو ئەوی بەخواستو ویستی مەلاخورافاتیەکان جاش ئیسلامیەکان هەلسوکەوت بەکەن. 

 مرۆڤی کامل وپیشکەوتو بە ئەومرۆڤانە دەلێن کە هیچکات بەخۆییان ریگا نادەن تا لە ژیانی تایبەتی خەلکیدا دەخالەت بەکەن.

 بە پی زانستی دەرونناسی کومەلایەتی و ماف ناسی بی مورالترین و بی ئەخلاقترین کەس لە کومەلگای ئیمە لەکوردستاندا مەلاکانن.   هووکاری زال بوونیی مەلاخورافاتیەکان لە کومەلگای ئیمەدا نەزانی وگەمژە  بوونیی خەلکەکییە کە حکومەتی ناوچەکە نەیتوانیوە خەلکەکە لەبواری زانست و هوشیاری فیگری ئاگاە بەکاتەوە هەرچی بارەی هوشیاری خەلک نەزم بیت ئەوا مەلاخورافاتیەکان زورترسواری عەقل و میشکی خەلکی نەزان دەبن..

  پئیستا ئیمە لەسەردمی زانستو تەکنولوجیدا ژیان دەکەین و هەر زانستیکمان پێویست بیت بە ئاسانی لە ریگایی توورە کومەلایەتیەکانەوە بەدەستی دەهینین، پێویست ناکات مەلایەک وەک رییویی سمیل چەور بیت باسی مورال وئەخلاقمان بوبەکات لە کاتیکدا خودی مەلاکان بی مورالترین و بی ئەخلاقترین پیسترین مرۆڤی سەرزوەین. 

  کاتێک دەلێن مەلا یانی میکرۆبی نێوکومەلگا  و ئەم میکرۆبانە لەریگای مەکتبی قوتابخانەای ئائینیەوە توشی مییکرۆبی میشکی ئائینی دەبن، ومەلا یانی پیسترین کەسایەتی نێوکومەەلگا.

هەژاری و ئەخلاق

لە هەر کۆمەڵگایەکدا کە هەژاری هەبێت، ئەخلاق هیچ مانایەکی نییە.

چونکە گەدەی برسی نە ئەخلاق دەزانێت و نە ئەدەب، مرۆڤی برسی ناتوانێت هیچ پێوەرێکی ئەخلاقی و ئەدەب بەدی بهێنێت چونکە هەمیشە بەدوای پڕکردنەوەی سکی خۆیدا دەگەڕێت، پێویستی بە نان هەیە.

ئەخلاق لە ژیان و بازرگانیدا

هەموومان هاندەدرێین هەڵبژاردنی ئەخلاقی بکەین و ئەخلاق لە هەموو بوارەکانی ژیانماندا بەکاربهێنین. بەڵام ئەخلاق مانای چییە و بۆچی ئەخلاق گرنگە بۆ بازرگانی؟

دەتوانین بیر لە ئەخلاق بکەینەوە وەک ئەو بنەمایانەی کە ڕێنمایی ڕەفتارەکانمان دەکەن بەرەو باشترین هەڵبژاردن کە بەشدارن لە چاکەی گشتی هەمووان. ئەخلاق ئەوەیە کە ڕێنماییمان دەکات بۆ ئەوەی ڕاستییەکان بڵێین، بەڵێنەکانمان جێبەجێ بکەین، یان یارمەتی کەسێکی پێویست بدات. چوارچێوەیەکی ئەخلاق هەیە کە ڕۆژانە بنەمای ژیانمانە، یارمەتیمان دەدات بڕیار بدەین کە کاریگەری ئەرێنی دروست دەکات و دوورمان دەخاتەوە لە دەرئەنجامە ناڕەواکان. ئەخلاق ڕێنماییمان دەکات بۆ ئەوەی جیهان بکەینە شوێنێکی باشتر لە ڕێگەی ئەو هەڵبژاردنانەی کە دەیکەین.

ئەخلاق لە بازرگانیدا بە هەمان شێوەی ئەخلاق لە ژیانی کەسیدا گرنگە. سەرکردەکانی بازرگانی ڕۆڵێکی ناوازە و بەرپرسیارێتییەکی گەورەیان هەیە لە داڕشتنی کولتوری ئەخلاقی کارەکانیان، و بەو هۆیەوە کاریگەرییان لەسەر کۆمەڵگە فراوانەکانیشیان هەیە.

پرسیارە سەرەکییەکان کە دەبێت بکرێت

ڕەنگە سەرکردەکانی بازرگانی دەست نەکەن بۆ پێناسەکردنی کولتوری ئەخلاقی کارەکانیان بەڵام بە ناچاری دەیکەن. لێرەدا چەند پرسیارێکی سەرەکی دەخەینەڕوو کە دەبێت لەبەرچاو بگرن بۆ هێنانی ئەخلاق بۆ ناو بیرکردنەوەی بازرگانیت:

چۆن چاکەی گشتی بۆ کارەکەم پێناسە بکەم؟ مانای چییە بۆ کڕیارەکانم، کارمەندەکانم، ئەو کۆمەڵگەیەی کە کارەکەم لێیە، وەبەرهێنەرانم و لایەنگرانم؟

چۆن بڕیاری ئەخلاقی باش بدەم؟ چۆن دۆخێک شی بکەمەوە و بڕیارێک بدەم کە بە شێوەیەکی ئەرێنی بەشداری لە چاکەی گشتیدا بکات؟

چۆن بتوانم کاریگەری لەسەر کارەکتەری کارەکەم هەبێت؟

چ جۆرە هەلومەرجێکی پێکهاتەیی یان سیاسەتێکی کۆمپانیا پێویستە دابنێم بۆ دروستکردنی کولتوورێکی ئەخلاقی؟

چۆن چاودێری کلتوری ئەخلاقی کارەکەم دەکەم؟

چۆن مامەڵە لەگەڵ ڕەفتاری نائەخلاقی لە کارەکەمدا دەکەم یان ڕاستیان دەکەمەوە؟

چۆن ڕەنگە ئەخلاق تاقی بکرێتەوە

سەرکردەکانی بازرگانی، و بە تایبەتی خاوەنکارەکان، لە ژێر فشارێکی گەورەدان و دەتوانن ڕووبەڕووی تەحەدای ئەخلاقی زۆر بەرچاو ببنەوە. لێرەدا چەند نموونەیەک دەخەینەڕوو کە چۆن بڕیاری نائەخلاقی بۆ خاوەنکارەکان سەرهەڵدەدەن:

ئەگەر زیادەڕەوی لە ژمارەی کڕیارەکان یان داواکارییەکان بکەم کە هەم، دەتوانم وەبەرهێنەری زیاتر ڕابکێشم و پارەی باشتر بەدەست بهێنم.

ئەگەر بە کڕیاران بڵێم هەموو تایبەتمەندییەکانی نەخشەڕێگای بەرهەمەکانمان ئێستا بەردەستن، دەتوانم گرێبەستی زیاتر دابخەم.

من دەتوانم بڕێک پارە پاشەکەوت بکەم ئەگەر دامەزراوەیەکی بەرهەمهێنان هەڵبژێرم کە پابەند نەبێت بە یاساکانی ژینگەوە.

ئەخلاق و بەرپرسیارێتی کۆمەڵایەتی

بەرپرسیارێتی کۆمەڵایەتی ئەو بیرۆکەیە کە تاکێک (یان ڕێکخراوێک) ئەرکی ئەوەی لەسەرە کە لە پێناو بەرژەوەندی کۆمەڵگا بە گشتی مامەڵە بکات. ئەمڕۆ بەرپرسیارێتی کۆمەڵایەتی بووەتە بەشێکی گرنگی کولتوور لە بازرگانییەکان بە هەموو قەبارەکانەوە. پێڵاوی تۆمس نموونەیەکی نایابی بزنسێکە کە بەرپرسیارێتی کۆمەڵایەتی لە پێشینەی کارەکانیدایە. کۆمپانیای تۆمس بە پابەندبوون بە دابینکردنی جووتێک پێڵاوی نوێ بۆ منداڵێکی پێویست بۆ هەر جووتێک پێڵاوێک کە دەکڕدرێت دامەزراوە. ئێستا کۆمپانیاکە فراوانتر بووە بۆ پشتگیریکردنی هۆکارەکانی دیکەی وەک ئاوی سەلامەت، تەندروستی دەروونی، و یەکسانی. تاگلاینێکی ئیلهامبەخشی پێڵاوی تۆمس "وەستان بۆ سبەینێ" تەنها بە سێ وشە خۆبەخشی خۆی بۆ بەرپرسیارێتی کۆمەڵایەتی دەگەیەنێت.

بەرپرسیارێتی کۆمەڵایەتی دەتوانرێت ڕۆژانە بە شێوازی گەورە یان بچووک پراکتیزە بکرێت. بزنسەکان دەتوانن خۆبەخشانە لەگەڵ ڕێکخراوە ناوخۆییەکان کار بکەن، پارە بەخشن بۆ دۆزی هەڵبژێردراو، سپۆنسەری گروپێکی گەڕەک یان تیمێکی وەرزشی و زۆر شتی تر. تەنانەت چاندنی گوڵ، دانانی قاتێکی تازە بۆیاخ، یان هەڵگرتنی زبڵ لەبەردەم فرۆشگاکەتدا کاریگەری ئەرێنی لەسەر کۆمەڵگەی دەوروبەری کارەکەت هەیە. کاتێک بزنسەکان دەیدانەوە، نەک تەنها بەشداری لە چاکەی گشتیدا دەکەن، بەڵکو بە شێوەیەکی مانادار لەگەڵ کۆمەڵگاکانیاندا پەیوەندی دەکەن، مۆڕاڵ لەنێو کارمەندەکاندا دروست دەکەن و ڕەچاوکردنی ئەرێنی بۆ بزنسەکە دروست دەکەن.

ئەخلاق کاتێک شتەکان بە هەڵەدا دەچن

مامەڵەکردن لەگەڵ قەیرانی بازرگانی ئاسان نییە، بەڵام دوورکەوتنەوە لێی یان دواخستنی وەڵامدانەوە دەتوانێت خراپتر بکات. پێویستە بازرگانەکان بە شێوەیەکی ئەخلاقی بیربکەنەوە کاتێک پلانێک دادەڕێژن بۆ مامەڵەکردن لەگەڵ قەیرانێکی ئەخلاقی. بە واتایەکی تر بە شێوەیەک مامەڵە بکە کە گەورەترین چاکەی گشتی بەرەوپێش ببات و هاندەری متمانە بێت نەک کەمکردنەوەی.
